"Computers 4 Kids" needs Homes
We all know statistics show children living in a household without a computer in Australia are more likely to experience lower learning outcomes. Computers 4 Kids is a project administered by the Rotary Club of Nundah on behalf of Rotary Clubs throughout Qld and northern NSW.
C4K refurbishes donated PCs from Corporate, Government, Business and private donors and sells them to organisations working with disadvantaged people for the minimal price of $50 (to cover licences). To date over 500 hundred PCs have been provided to disadvantaged people during the past 4 years.
C4K urgently needs to find homes for as many refurbished computers as possible as they have recently lost their storage space. You are invited to offer these quality computers that come complete with Microsoft 2000 to your school community for $50 per computer (includes monitor, keyboard, mouse etc).
FIND OUT MORE: Visit the website www.computers4kids.com.au or call Chris 07 3165 4600.
C4K will reopen for 2009 Thursday 15 January.
