NAPLAN Testing

Our year 3, 5 and 7 students will undertake National Testing in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy in May this year. As preparation for this testing students will sit practice tests next week in class.

Please talk about this process with your child and assure them that testing is just another means of them demonstrating their abilities, and assisting us to further support their learning.

To accommodate such testing some movement will be made in our composite classes. Whilst practice testing is underway Year 4 and 6 students will be undertaking activities similar to those they will encounter in the QCAT (Queensland Common Assessment Tasks) later this semester.
