Contacting Parents / Teacher Interviews
Parent interviews are scheduled for Week 11 Term 1 (6-9 April) and Week 1 Term 2 (21-24 April). Teachers will send out days and times that they are available for interview to discuss your childs progress. All parents are encouraged to attend.
Teachers are also available to discuss your childs progress at other times. To allow the teacher time to prepare, and to make best use of your time and theirs, please make an appointment at a time to suit you both. This can be done with the teacher or the front office.
Please note that as a general rule, phone calls are not put through to classrooms during teaching time. This allows the teacher to do what they are required to do...teach. Phone messages may be left for the teacher at the front office.
Many staff encourage email contact with parents. This can be a convenient communication tool. However please allow at least 24 hours for a teacher response. Do not use email for urgent contact, as it may not be checked for many hours.
Our school does not support or encourage contact from a parent to a teachers personal mobile number.
